What defines a family? Cohesion, unconditional trust and also great closeness to one another. But it is just as important to be able to let go of your children in good time so that they can follow their own path in life. And so the parents of the ‘family’ are closely fused together – the plastic representation of the mother and father consists of a single connected object – while the children – positioned at some distance from them – appear as related but nevertheless independent individuals.
